1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility for Return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Items must have a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable Items:
Opened or used health supplements.
Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., skin creams, oils, etc.).
Perishable goods or products marked final sale.
Gift cards or downloadable products.
Note: We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return criteria.
2. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
A clear photo or video of the product and packaging.
Order number and product details.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund after review.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the product and place a new order.
